How Delivery Works
- Once you place your order, our team confirms it via WhatsApp within a few hours.
- Your item is packed and handed to our delivery partner within 1 business day.
- You will receive a WhatsApp message with your expected delivery date.
- The delivery rider will call you before arrival.
- Pay the exact cash amount to the rider upon delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
- Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 working days
- Western Province (other areas): 2–4 working days
- Other provinces: 3–5 working days
- Remote or estate areas: may take up to 6 working days
- Delays may occur during public holidays and festive seasons.
Delivery Fee
- Delivery fee is shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Standard delivery fee: Rs. 300 – Rs. 400 per order.
- Delivery fee is fixed per order, not per item.
- Free delivery promotions are announced on our Facebook page.
